Very adaptable to a wide variety of conditions and will even prosper in very cold windy sites.

Noteworthy Characteristics:

This low growing suckering shrub has sulfur-yellow flowers in the summer. Will withstand some shade but does best in full sun. Its tremendously tough and roots readily from cuttings.

Problems:

Not troubled by insects or disease.

Uses:

Good choice for rough cuts and fills. Also good for large outdoor containers.
